CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel any appointment or service. To cancel, please email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charged to the card on file. We highly value our guests' time and kindly request that you value ours as well. A 5-minute grace period is allowed for lateness, after which a text will be sent to determine if we can still accommodate you. Guests who fail to show up without any notice will be responsible for paying the full cost of the service. Please ensure that you fully understand the service you request, as any last-minute changes can result in a same-day cancellation fee.
